The learn of Sphaeranthus amaranthoides Burn, were examined for their antioxidant, antimutagenic, antimicrobial and phytochemical activities. Preliminary evaluation of both crude and solvent fractions showed a broad spectrum of activity since the extracts inhibit the growth of both bacterial and fungal isolates. The inhibitory activity of plant extracts on the peroxidation of linolic acid were measured by fericthiocynate methodo. Ethonolic extract showed strong antioxidant activity and antimicrobial activity against to the bacteria, (K.pneumoniae, S. typhi, E.coli, P.aeroginosa, S.aureus) and fungus (A.nidulans, A.terreus, A.sulphureus, Candida albicans and Fusarium sp.) cultures. Due to the phytochemical diversity in the antioxidant phytocompounds, the above results were expected. It almost rich in carotenes, Neoxanthin, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, lutein, violexanthin, pheophytin, which may have been responsible for the antioxidant, antimicrobial and for phytochemical activity. For antimutagenic activity using sodium azide to induce the chemical compound of Sphaeranthus amaranthoides Burn, to prevent the degenerative cells and results further support the view that some Indian medicinal plants are source for potential antioxidants.Keywords

Money laundering an activity, which hides the source and origin of money in any banking or financial account of a country. The countries financial stability or financial growth depends on the overall amount in the banks and finance organizations. The money holds the financial stability of any country and leads to changes the countries money value in international market. In past decades the criminals started hiding the source of income and the source of money from where the amount transferred to the finance account, which is illegal towards the financial rule of any country. This causes the threat to the financial stability of the country, because those amounts can be washed at any point of time to some other country. Also terrorist and criminals makes this kind of transactions to finance their clients to encourage terrorism. We focus on identifying the behavior of transactions and account holder in managing their accounts. There has been various methodologies proposed using data mining techniques, but suffers to identify the origin of money. We propose a graph based sequential pattern mining technique and probability model to identify the account from where the transaction originated. We generate a graph with many numbers of nodes and vertices for each account using the transactional data set, and using the account graph we generate sequential patterns and transition paths. Using sequential patterns and transition paths we compute the probability model to identify the origin of amount.

Eagle syndrome is group of symptoms caused by an elongated ossified styloid process, the cause of which remains unclear. This is a rare finding that often goes undetected in the absence of radiographic studies. Eagle syndrome can occur unilaterally or bilaterally and most frequently results in symptoms of dysphagia, headache, pain on rotation of the neck, pain on extension of the tongue, change in voice, and a sensation of hypersalivation. In this case, we present the diagnostic CT and lateral view plain film radiography findings of a 42-year-old woman with clinical evidence of Eagle syndrome.Keywords

Ultrasonography is used as a first line imaging technique to differentiate between acute and chronic kidney diseases in type 2 diabetes. The renal parenchymal thickness of left and right kidneys were compared and a detailed documentation was made. Our study included adult male and female population who were known case of Diabetes Mellitus, above 18 years of age and biochemically diagnosed for nephropathy. All patients were subjected to ultrasonography evaluation of the renal parenchymal thickness and the findings were documented.Keywords

The most prevalent liver disease is alcoholic liver disease (ALD). It is undervalued and diagnosed. An early diagnosis is totally vital as it helps define patients at genetic danger for ALD; can cause effective abstinence, particularly in non-addicted patients; and start screening programs to avoid complications that threaten life. In the evaluation of liver fibrosis in alcoholic liver disease, acoustic radiation force impulse (ARFI) elastography has excellent usefulness. For several liver wounds, liver fibrosis is a prevalent condition. Our study was done on 50 patient suspected to have alcoholic liver disease for ultrasound scan of abdomen. The mean liver stiffness in normal patients was found to be 1.087 m/s. Mean ARFI velocity in ALD in our research, the biopsy was 1.83 m/s. CT colonoscopy is a newer submodality of imaging in Computed tomography specifically being used for colorectal evaluation. The aim of work is to evaluate and describe the role of CT colonoscopy for various colorectal pathologies in patients with lower GI symptoms.
Subject and Methods: Our study included 50 patients with lower GI sypmtoms; 16 had inflammatory bowel disease, 6 of them had colorectal malignancy, 7 had polyps, 8 had hemorrhoid. All patients were subjected to CT colonoscopy examination and results were compared to conventional colonoscopy and documented by histopathology in all cases to determine the efficacy of CT colonoscopy.
Results: The results in our study showed that CT colonoscopy is a considerably efficient modality in evaluation colonic pathologies. when compared to conventional colonoscopy and further helps in delineating the locoregional extent of the lesion-n.

Energy is a vague side effect or feeling that incorporates sensations, for example, faintness, wooziness, vertigo and unevenness. The reason for the examination was to assess the job of attractive reverberation imaging (MRI) in diagnosing the reason for happiness in symptomatic patients. A planned companion study was directed in 106 patients who gave happiness. X-ray sweeps of these patients were dissected, and we reasoned that MRI can effectively exhibit the noteworthy discoveries which cause happiness.Keywords

Large area study on the impact of six versus ten releases of the biocontrol agent, Trichogramma chilonis, besides large plot assessment of ten releases with and without mass trapping (by pheromone traps) for eco-safe management of the sugarcane internode borer (INB) - Chilo sacchariphagus indicus Kapur were undertaken in Natems Sugar factory area, Koppedu Taluk, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh, South India. In 2017-18, a large contiguous sugarcane crop area of 400 hectares received six releases of T. chilonis (as Tricho cards @ 5cc.ha/release) in alternate weeks during 5-7 months age of crop, followed by four additional releases during 8-9 months age (totalling ten releases) in 40 hectares area, besides assigning a no release block of 40 hectares in adjacent area. Harvest-time sampling in each treatment block showed that the INB distribution (per cent canes infested) was 80 % in control (no release) block, while it was 42 and 27 %, respectively, for six and ten releases. The INB intensity (per cent internodes infested) was also more (6.2 %) in control block whereas it was only 3.2 % and 1.5 %, in the two respective release regimes. Based on these results the cost-effectiveness of both the regimes was ascertained. In 2018-19, the impact of ten releases of T. chilonis (@5cc/hectare /release) versus same regime plus mass trapping (@25 pheromone traps/ha) was compared in large plots (each of 2.0 ha) along with an untreated control plot. Harvest-time samples showed that INB distribution was 70.3% in control block, compared to 48.3% in Trichogramma release block versus 19.8% in block combining Trichogramma and mass trapping. The respective INB intensity was 6.04 %, 4.04 % and 2.17 % while the estimated cane yields were 81.0, 86.2 and 92.5 tons/ha, respectively. The cost: benefit ratios for Trichogramma release with and without mass trapping were comparable, so confirming that both are cost-effective alternatives to chemical insecticide use in sugarcane agro-ecosystems.Keywords
